ItemssyPrints is operated by Jiří Pojsl, based in Prachatice, Czech Republic. This policy explains what data we collect and how it's used.

Information we collect

When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details). For physical orders, we also collect your shipping address which is passed to our print fulfillment partners.

How we use your information

We use your email to send order confirmations and digital download links. We use your shipping address solely to fulfill physical print orders. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Clerk for account authentication, Resend for order and account emails, Supabase for order data storage, and print-on-demand partners for physical order fulfillment. Cookies

We use minimal cookies — only what is necessary for the shop to function (cart session, authentication). We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Data retention

Order data is retained for 3 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at itemssy@email.cz.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of all data we hold about you. Contact us at itemssy@email.cz to exercise these rights.
